Update – man charged in connection with alleged affray in Weymouth
A man has been charged in connection with an alleged affray in Weymouth.
Dorset Police received reports at around 8.45am on Friday 16 June 2023 that a man was in possession of a large metal pole on the Rodwell Trail.
Officers attended and a 46-year-old man from Weymouth was arrested in connection with the incident. He has now been charged with affray and possessing an offensive weapon in a public place and is due to appear at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 31 January 2024.
