Update - arrest in connection with reported theft of electric bike in Christchurch
A man has been arrested in connection with the alleged theft of an electric bike in Christchurch.
It was reported that the electric bike was stolen from outside the Captain’s Club Hotel in Wick Lane at approximately 1.30pm on Friday 4 August 2023.
Following a CCTV appeal and enquiries by officers, a 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of theft. He has been released on police bail as officers carry out further enquiries.
