Appeal for information following criminal damage in Weymouth

Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward as they investigate a report of criminal damage to a home in Weymouth.

The front door of an address in Buddleia Close was damaged some time between 9pm on Sunday 19 November and 6am on Monday 20 November 2023. No access was gained to the property.

Police Constable Nathan Boissé, of Weymouth police, said: “We are conducting enquiries into this incident, and I am keen to hear from anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area of Buddleia Close on the night of Sunday 19 November into the early hours of Monday 20 November 2023.

“I would also urge residents and motorists in the area to check any available home CCTV systems or dashcam footage to see if they have captured anything that might assist our enquiries.”
