Public appeal in search for missing teenager in Bournemouth

Officers searching for a missing teenager in Bournemouth are appealing for help and information from the public to find her.

Skye, who is 16 years old, was reported missing from an address in Southampton at around 3.20am on Wednesday 8 October 2025. However, she is currently believed to in the Bournemouth area.

She is described as five feet four inches tall and of slim build with short dark hair.

She was last seen wearing a black hooded top, black bottoms and open toe shoes.

Chief Inspector Ash Smith, of Dorset Police, said: “We have been conducting many enquiries trying to locate Skye as we are concerned for her welfare.

“We need to find her as soon as possible and would ask anyone who has seen Skye or has information about her whereabouts to please contact us.

“Skye – if you see this appeal, please get in contact with us as we want to make sure you are OK.”

Anyone with information or knowledge as to Skye’s whereabouts is asked to contact Dorset Police online or by calling 999, quoting occurrence number 55250150633.
