Appeal for information following burglary near Blandford

Officers investigating a burglary near Blandford are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

At around 2.30am on Wednesday 19 April 2023 entry was forced to a garage at a home in Spetisbury High Street and a quantity of Makita and Ryobi power tools were stolen.

The tools have 'Joules' written on them in permanent red marker pen.

Police Constable Jack Lawford, of Dorset Police, said: “We are conducting enquiries into this burglary, and I am keen to hear from any witnesses or anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the vicinity around the relevant timeframe.

“I would also like to speak to anyone who come across power tools of the makes detailed above being offered for sale locally or online in suspicious circumstances.”
