Update in relation to alleged sexual assault in Poole
A man who was identified following an appeal in relation to an allegation of sexual assault in Poole will face no further police action.
A CCTV appeal was issued in relation to the reported incident, which occurred at the entrance to the Dolphin Centre from Poole bus station between 2.30pm and 3pm on Monday 25 November 2024.
Following enquiries, a man was identified and attended a voluntary police interview in connection with the incident. Officers have also reviewed the incident and available evidence, and the man will not face any further police action.
The woman involved has been updated. Police are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
