Appeal for information following criminal damage in Christchurch
Officers investigating an incident of criminal damage in Christchurch are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
At around 12.20am on Sunday 2 August 2026, an officer on patrol came across damage to a dinosaur exhibit that was on display outside the Regent Centre.
Police Constable Julian Cadwallader of Bournemouth police said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this incident, including reviewing CCTV and I am keen to hear from anyone who may have information about what happened.
“In particular I would like to hear from two women who were seen in the area at that time and may be able to assist with our enquiries.”
