CCTV appeal following reported public order incident in Bournemouth

Officers are issuing CCTV images of three men they would like to speak to following a public order incident in Bournemouth.

At around 5.55pm on Sunday 30 March 2025, an altercation occurred involving a group of five men in the area of the Pier Approach.

It is reported that a fight broke out amongst the group, in which one of the men sustained a facial injury before running off and another member of the group was in possession of a knife.

Following enquiries, a 24-year-old man from Southampton in Hampshire was arrested on suspicion of affray and possession of a knife or bladed article in a public place. He has been released on police bail as the investigation continues.

Police Constable Sorrel Gilbert, of Bournemouth police, said: “I have been continuing to carry out enquiries into this incident and am now in a position to issue CCTV images of three men I would like to speak to.

“I would ask anyone who recognises them or has knowledge of their identities to please contact us.”
