Update – woman due in court in connection with alleged robbery in Poole
A woman is due to appear in court in connection with an alleged robbery in Poole.
It was reported that at around 2.40pm on Sunday 30 May 2021 the victim – a man aged in his 70s – was walking along Bingham Avenue when he was approached by a woman who started a conversation. Following a short interaction, the woman reportedly held the victim’s arm and allegedly stole his Rolex watch.
Following enquiries, a 40-year-old woman of no fixed abode was arrested and she has been issued with a postal requisition and is due to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 10 May 2022 for an offence of robbery.
