Witness appeal following road traffic collision in Poole
Officers investigating a road traffic collision in Poole are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
Dorset Police received a report at 4pm on Friday 4 March 2022 of a collision involving a black BMW motorcycle, a white Ford Transit van and a red Vauxhall Crossland near to Asda on Holes Bay Road in the direction of Poole town centre.
The rider of the motorcycle – a man aged in his 60s from East Dorset – sustained a minor injury that did not require hospital treatment.
The drivers of the van and the Vauxhall were uninjured.
Police Constable Dave Cotterill, of the traffic unit, said: “I would like to hear from anyone who was travelling in the area and witnessed what happened or the manner of driving of any of the vehicles leading up to the incident.
“I am also keen to speak to any motorists who may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
