Witness appeal following arson in Poole

Officers investigating a suspicious vehicle fire in Poole are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

At around 10.10pm on Saturday 18 January 2025 the windows of a vehicle in Skinner Street were smashed and it was reported that the car – a blue Mercedes – was on fire.

The fire service attended and extinguished the fire.

Police Constable Hannah Hall, of Poole police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this incident and we understand there were a number of people in the area at the time.

“I would urge anyone who saw what happened or captured any relevant footage to please contact us.”
