Officers are issuing an image of a man they would like to identify in connection with an investigation into reports of sexual assault in Weymouth.

The victim, a woman aged in her 30s, was staying in the town between Sunday 3 August and Monday 4 August 2025 during which she spent time in the company of a man, who she only knew by his first name.

It was reported that during this time the man sexually assaulted her on a number of occasions.

“I am now issuing an image of a man we would like to identify and would urge anyone who recognises him to please come forward.”
