Public appeal in search for missing Portland man
Officers are appealing for help from the public as they search for a missing man on Portland.
Gary, aged 59, was last seen in the area of Park Estate Road at around 1.30pm on Thursday 23 April 2026.
It is believed he left the area on his bike.
Gary is described as around five feet ten inches tall and of stocky build, with short grey hair and tattoos on his arms.
He was last seen wearing a black vest, black shorts, black Skechers boots, a cycling helmet and a chain around his neck.
Inspector Robin Morgan, of Dorset Police, said: “We are concerned for Gary’s welfare and are carrying out enquiries to try and locate him.
“I would ask anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to please make contact with us.
“I am also appealing directly to Gary, if you see this please make contact with us and let us know where you are as we just want to make sure you are OK.”
