Witness and dashcam appeal following collision in Poole

Officers investigating a road traffic collision in Poole are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.

At around 5.50am on Wednesday 25 February 2026 a collision occurred involving a black Range Rover and a cyclist in Adastral Road, near the junction with Culliford Crescent.

Officers attended and the cyclist, a man aged in his 40s, was taken to hospital with injuries that were subsequently confirmed to be serious. His family has been informed.

Police Sergeant Jack Cornick, of Dorset Police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this collision and I would ask any witnesses who have not already spoken to police to please make contact with us.

“Also, I would like to hear from any motorists who were travelling in the area and may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
