Witness appeal following burglary at supermarket in Poole

Officers investigating a burglary at a supermarket in Poole are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

At approximately 2.15am on Tuesday 2 December 2025 entry was gained to Lidl in Blandford Road.

Officers attended and carried out searches at Lidl and the surrounding areas, but no offenders were located.

Police Constable Harry Heawood, of Poole police, said: “An investigation is underway to try and identify the offenders and I am appealing for witnesses to come forward.

“At this time, it is not known whether anything was stolen from inside.

“If you saw any suspicious activity in the area of Blandford Road around the relevant time, or you know who was responsible, please get in touch.”
