Appeal for information following assault in Ashley Heath

Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward following a report of an assault in Ashley Heath.

It is reported that at around 12.45am on Saturday 5 November 2022 a woman was assaulted by a man on Hurn Road.

The man left the scene in a small hatchback car, possibly a Ford Fiesta.

It is believed the female victim may have returned to the scene at around 2pm later on the same day.

Police Constable Mark Rice, of East Dorset police, said: “At this time, we have limited information in relation to this incident and would ask any witnesses or anyone with relevant footage to please come forward.

“We would also urge those involved to please come forward so we can establish what happened and ensure everyone is all right.”
