Appeal to identify victim of reported road traffic collision in Bournemouth

Officers continuing to investigate a report of a road traffic collision in Bournemouth are appealing for a pedestrian involved to come forward.

Dorset Police received a third-party report of a collision involving a vehicle, suspected to be a BMW, and a male pedestrian in Nutley Way between 5.30pm and 6pm on Tuesday 3 December 2024.

It was reported the victim had been injured in the incident.

Police Constable Callum Mercer, of Bournemouth Police, said: “We have been carrying out numerous enquiries into this incident, but we are yet to identify the victim or anyone involved and are keen to take their accounts and offer support.

 “If you are the person involved – please come forward as we want to find out what happened.

“We are also appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident, has information about what happened, or relevant footage captured on a dashcam or doorbell camera, to please contact Dorset Police.”
