Appeal for information following robbery in Bournemouth
Officers are appealing for anyone with information or relevant footage to come forward after a teenage boy was robbed in Bournemouth.
At around 9pm on Friday 16 May 2025 a man stole an e-bike from the victim on Bournemouth Pier.
It is reported that the man pushed the boy and made threats to stab him, however no knife was seen.
The offender is described as white, aged in his 20s, five feet 10 inches tall with curly brown hair, a beard and was wearing a white hooded jumper.
Police Constable Joshua Pickering, of Bournemouth police, said: “This must have been a distressing incident for the boy and we want to identify the person responsible and reunite the victim with his bike.
“I understand there were a number of people in the area at the time due to a charity event and I would ask anyone who may have seen what happened to please come forward.
“If you have captured any mobile footage around the relevant time, I would ask you to please check the footage for anything that might assist my enquiries.”
