Witness appeal following racially aggravated public order incident in Bournemouth

Officers investigating a racially aggravated public order incident in Bournemouth are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

At around 9pm on Wednesday 3 June 2026 in the area of the Landsdowne roundabout, a man shouted obscenities and was racially abusive toward another man and two women, before walking along Bath Road.

The offender is described as white, of medium build, with dark hair and a short full beard. He was wearing a white T-shirt under a black open shirt and jeans.

Police Constable Sim Churchill, of Bournemouth police, said: “We have been making enquiries into this incident since it was reported.

“I am appealing for any witnesses to this incident or anyone who may be able to identify the offender to please come forward.”
