Charge update in relation to alleged robbery in Bournemouth
A man has been charged and appeared in court in connection with an alleged robbery in Bournemouth.
Dorset Police received a report at around 2.25pm on Thursday 23 November 2023 of a robbery outside the Tesco Express store in Charminster Road in which a man stole from a woman withdrawing money from the ATM.
Following enquiries by officers, a 47-year-old man from Bournemouth was arrested. He has been charged with robbery and appeared at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Saturday 25 November 2023. He is next due to appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on Thursday 11 January 2024.
