Update after boat taken without permission in Poole
Four men have been identified following a CCTV appeal after a boat was taken without permission in Poole.
It was reported that between Monday 15 July 2024 and Friday 2 August 2024 four men took out a four-berth Regal 28 Express boat, which was docked in Cobbs Quay Marina in Woodlands Avenue, on a number of occasions without the owner’s consent.
The owner also reported that they had been fraudulently charged £400 for the cost of fuel used to power the boat.
Following enquiries by officers and a CCTV appeal, four men have been identified and it was ascertained that no crime was committed.
