Appeal for witnesses and dashcam footage following serious collision in Bournemouth

Officers are appealing for witnesses or dashcam footage following a serious injury collision in Bournemouth.

At around 10.10am on Wednesday 3 December 2025, a collision occurred on Bath Hill involving a blue Peugeot 308 and a bicycle.

The cyclist – a local man aged in his 50s – sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.

The car driver did not sustain any injuries.

Police Sergeant Mike Burt, of the Roads Policing Team, said: “I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision, or the moments leading up to it, to please come forward.

“I am also keen to hear from anyone who may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
