Update following serious assault in Bournemouth
A man has come forward following a CCTV appeal in relation to an alleged assault in Bournemouth.
It was reported that at around 11.15pm on Saturday 17 February 2024 a man aged in his 60s was assaulted in Poole Hill and sustained serious facial injuries.
Following a CCTV appeal and enquiries by detectives, a 29-year-old man from Bournemouth has come forward and is due to attend a voluntary police interview in relation to the incident.
