Appeal for information following robbery in Bournemouth
Officers investigating a robbery where a bike was stolen in Bournemouth are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
At around 5pm on Saturday 5 September 2026 a teenage boy was in Kings Park with a friend when a group of four male offenders in balaclavas approached and asked to ride his bike.
The victim declined, but he was threatened by the group.
The bike was stolen and ridden off in the direction of Gloucester Road.
Police Constable Chloe Walker, of BCP CID, said: “An investigation is underway and I am keen to hear from anyone who may have seen what happened or witnessed four people acting suspiciously in the area prior to the incident.
“I am also issuing an image of the stolen bike and would urge anyone who has seen it locally either discarded or for sale in unusual circumstances to please get in touch.”
