Image appeal following reported public order incident in Bournemouth
Officers continuing to investigate a reported public order incident in Bournemouth are issuing images of two men they would like to identify.
Dorset Police received a report at 6.02pm on Sunday 15 June 2025 of a fight involving four men known to each other in the area of Old Christchurch Lane.
It was further alleged that at least one of the men was in possession of a knife.
Officers attended, but the men had reportedly dispersed.
Following enquiries, a 30-year-old man from Bournemouth was arrested on suspicion of affray and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. He has been released under investigation.
Officers also arrested a 40-year-old man from Bournemouth on suspicion of affray and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place. He has been released on police bail.
Police Constable Joshua Eaton, of Dorset Police, said: “We have been carrying out a number of enquiries to establish the full circumstances surrounding this incident and have already made two arrests.
“We are now issuing images of two men we would like to identify and would urge anyone with information regarding their identities to please contact us.”
