Witness appeal following burglary in Poole

Officers investigating a burglary at an address in Poole are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

At approximately 2.15am on Sunday 18 August 2024 two men entered the garage of an address off Lilliput Road.

A number of DeWALT tools and accessories were stolen.

Officers attended and carried out searches of the area, but the offenders were not located.

Police Constable Mark Matthews, of Poole police, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses who saw or heard suspicious activity in the area to please get in touch.

“In particular, I would like to identify the occupants of a silver car that was travelling in the vicinity at the time of the incident.

“If you live in the area, I would ask you to please check any home CCTV or doorbell camera footage for anything that may assist our enquiries.”
