Witness appeal following criminal damage to vehicles in Poole

Officers investigating criminal damage to vehicles in a Poole street are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

At around 4.30am on Tuesday 21 July 2026 Dorset Police received a report of a number of cars being damaged in Good Road. It was reported that two male suspects were seen making off from the scene, one dressed all in black and another in a grey top.

Officers attended and it was reported that five vehicles had been damaged, with windscreens and windows smashed.

A search of the area was carried out, but the offenders were not located.

Police Constable Alice Beavon, of Poole police, said: “We are carrying out detailed enquiries into this matter and I am keen to hear from any witnesses who have not already spoken to police.

“I would also like to hear from residents who may have captured any relevant home CCTV or doorbell camera footage, as well as any motorists who were in the vicinity and may have captured relevant dashcam footage.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Dorset Police online or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 55260110714. Alternatively, independent charity Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously online using its website or by calling Freephone 0800 555 111.
