Officers investigating a robbery in East Dorset are issuing an image of a bike that was stolen in a bid to locate it.
During the evening of Wednesday 26 November 2025, it is reported that a 16-year-old boy was cycling in Victory Way in St Leonards when three teenagers approached him and asked him to empty his pockets.
The victim was hit in the face by one of the group, causing minor injuries.
His bike – described as an arctic blue coloured Specialized Rockhopper – was stolen.
Police Constable Megan Norbury, of East Dorset police, said: “We are continuing to investigate this incident to identify those responsible.
“I am now issuing an image of the stolen bike in the hope that someone may have seen it either discarded or for sale locally in unusual circumstances.
