Appeal following burglary at community centre in Poole

Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward following a burglary at a community centre in Poole.

It is reported that between 8pm on Wednesday 2 July and 8.30am on Thursday 3 July 2025, entry was gained to the Branksome Centre in Recreation Road.

It is further reported that damage was caused inside and items were stolen, including a music speaker.

Police Constable Niki Edwards, of Poole police, said: “We are carrying out enquiries into this matter, and I am keen to hear from anyone with information that might assist our investigation.

“I would urge anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area around the relevant timeframe to please get in touch.

“I am also appealing to anyone who captured relevant CCTV or dashcam footage to please come forward if you have not already spoken to police.”
