Reports were received of a man exposing himself in the area of West Parley Memorial Hall between 5am and 6.30am on both Friday 2 August and Saturday 10 August 2024.

Following enquiries, a 55-year-old man from Bournemouth was arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency and he has been released on police bail as further investigative work is carried out.

Police Constable Jessica Burton, of Dorset Police, said: “We are continuing to make enquiries into these incidents, and I am keen to hear from anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area during the two mornings in question.

“In particular, I would like to speak to a female dog walker who was seen in the vicinity on the morning of Friday 2 August 2024 at around 6.25am as she may have information to assist our investigation.”
