Witness appeal after commercial burglary in Poole

Officers investigating a burglary at a business in Poole are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

Between 11pm and 11.25pm on Saturday 3 February two suspects gained entry to Global Telesat Communications in Nuffield Road.

A further incident was reported to have occurred at the same business between 7pm on Sunday 4 February and 12.30am on Monday 5 February 2024.

During both incidents, GPS trackers and satellite phones were stolen, including Garmin Inreach Mini 2 GPS trackers, Iridium satellite phones, Thuraya XT-Pro satellite phones, a Garmin GPSMAP and a Garmin Montana.

Police Constable Matt Palmer, of Dorset Police, said: “I am keen to hear from anyone who saw or heard any suspicious activity in the area around the relevant times.

“Also, if you have seen any of the items listed for sale in unusual circumstances, please contact Dorset Police.”
