Arrest made following alleged burglary in Dorchester

Officers investigating an alleged burglary at an address in Dorchester have made an arrest.

Between 7.30pm and 8.45pm on Wednesday 2 July 2025, it is reported that entry was gained to an address in Great Western Road.

A 50-inch television was reportedly stolen during the incident.

Following enquiries, a 46-year-old man from Weymouth was arrested on suspicion of burglary. He has been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
